Villa and Apartment Owner Portfolio Participation

A Season Away is very selective in adding villas and apartments to its portfolio. In general, our properties must be owner occupied part of the year and have the feel of a home and not simply a rental unit. Though we do not demand exclusivity, we choose to partner with homes with limited visibility in the marketplace, such as those not taking direct bookings or those not having relationships with many other villa companies

Additionally, a hallmark of A Season Away is the close relations its local VillaHosts have with the villa owners, understanding that our common goal is to offer extraordinary clients experiences in the comfortable surroundings of a well-maintained property so the guests feel like a local during their stay.
